Walking In East Lancashire
All Tuesday local impromptu walks meet at Chapel St Car Park, Nelson and are about 7 miles.
All Wednesday evening walks are about 4 miles.
All other meeting points are at walk start / function.
Our group encourages car sharing and walkers without a lift may be offered one if space is available.
Such passengers should bring a change of footwear for the return journey.
Drivers appreciate it when a voluntary contribution is made by passengers. As a guide, a car passenger tip of £3.00 up to
20 miles radius and £6 for longer journeys would be appreciated.
Dogs must be on a lead at all times & under close control; they are not covered by R.A. insurance.
